At Alpha Care and Share, we believe that everyone deserves to feel connected, confident, and supported in their community. That’s why our NDIS community support is all about helping you get out and about in a way that feels right for you.

Whether it’s building independence, making social connections, or simply enjoying time outside the home, our support workers are here to walk alongside you — not lead the way unless you ask us to.

What can community support look like?

Going to the shops, library, or local café
Attending community events or classes
Visiting parks, beaches, or other favourite places
Going to the gym, swimming, or staying active
Support with volunteering, studying, or trying something new
Help navigating public transport or new environments
Visiting friends and family or building new social networks
Quiet, calm outings that reduce isolation and build confidence
