Founder
Director of Alpha Care And Share and a dedicated Mental Health Nurse with experience across India, Dubai, and Australia. Our journey into disability and nursing care began from a place of deep personal loss. My wife Sindhu Michael and I tragically lost our first baby girl to leukemia at just one year old. She was still in India, preparing to join us in Australia, when she was diagnosed. Despite six months of treatment, she passed away — a heartbreaking moment that changed our lives forever. Through that pain, we discovered a greater purpose. We began donating a portion of our income to support cancer patients in India through a small family trust. But as more requests for help poured in, we realised our support needed to grow — and so did our capacity to serve. With this vision, we founded Alpha Care And Share in 2020, combining our professional experience and our heartfelt mission to care for others. Today, our organisation delivers exceptional disability and nursing services across South East Queensland, built on empathy, clinical excellence, and cultural understanding.
