The Ready-Set-Connect event in Ipswich brought together an inspiring mix of NDIS providers, participants, and community organisations — all with one shared purpose: to make a real difference in the lives of people living with disabilities.

As a proud NDIS provider in Ipswich, Alpha Care & Share joined the event to connect with the community, exchange knowledge, and strengthen partnerships that promote compassionate, person-centred care.

Strengthening Community Through Collaboration

For our team, Ready-Set-Connect was more than just a networking event — it was a chance to have genuine conversations with participants, families, and fellow professionals who are passionate about inclusion and empowerment. We shared insights about how personalised, value-based care can help individuals live more confidently and independently. Just as importantly, we listened — learning from the experiences, challenges, and aspirations of participants and their families. These moments reminded us why collaboration matters so much: when we work together, we build stronger, more supportive communities.

Highlighting Our Areas of Support

Throughout the event, our team showcased the diverse services that form the heart of Alpha Care & Share’s approach to disability support:

Community and High Complex Care Nursing – providing professional care including post-hospital support, wound and catheter care, tracheostomy and stoma management, diabetic care, and continence assessment.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) – empowering individuals to live independently with tailored daily support.

Mental Health Support – promoting emotional and psychological well-being through understanding and consistent guidance.

Short- and Medium-Term Accommodation (STA/MTA) – offering flexible, safe, and comfortable living options for participants who need temporary accommodation.

Each of these services reflects our ongoing commitment to empathy, respect, and collaboration — values that guide every interaction we have.
