Now Accepting SIL Referrals — SDA-Funded and Non-SDA-Funded Participants Welcome!
A Message From Our Founder
Winter brings its own kind of strength.
As the cooler months settle in, we're reflecting on the quiet courage it takes to keep showing up — for yourself, for the people you love, and for the community around us. June is a time when routines shift and the cold can make things feel a little harder. For many participants and families, winter adds another layer to an already complex journey.
This month, we have an exciting SIL vacancy at our purpose-built SDA Robust Home in Logan Reserve — a truly special home for the right participant. We're also sharing capacity updates, a community moment that reminded us why we do this work, and celebrating one of our own.
Our team across South East Queensland is here — steady, specialist, and ready to support you through it.

SIL VACANCY IN — LOGAN RESERVE
A Purpose-Built SDA Robust Home. Now Accepting Referrals.
⚡ Vacancy Available Now. If you have a participant looking for a specialist SDA home in South East Queensland — this is worth reading carefully.
✅ Participants with complex support needs, behaviors of concern, or high-intensity requirements. ✅ Participants who need an SDA Robust-certified environment for safety and compliance. ✅ Participants who value independence and privacy — everyone gets their own private space. ✅ Wheelchair users or participants with mobility challenges — fully accessible throughout. ✅ Participants with sensory sensitivities — soundproofed construction makes a real difference. ✅ Participants currently in hospital, unsuitable accommodation, or still searching for the right home.
Unlike many group homes, every resident here has genuine independence — your own private bedroom, your own bathroom, and your own enclosed outdoor courtyard. No sharing, no compromising. The soundproofed, robust build creates a calm, safe environment that supports wellbeing every single day. It's not just a house — it's a home designed around dignity.
We Accept SDA-Funded AND Non-SDA-Funded Referrals Whether your participant has SDA funding in their NDIS plan or not — please reach out. We will work with you to explore all available funding pathways and options.
⚠️ Spots are limited. We recommend reaching out early to discuss your participant's suitability.
We specialise in what many providers find difficult. If you're a support coordinator or healthcare professional with a participant who needs more than a generic provider this is who we're built for.
Supporting participants across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands, Moreton Bay, Caboolture, Gold Coast and nearby areas
This month, one of our participants someone who had been quite isolated before joining our community participation program attended a local group social activity for the second time. Their support worker reported that they stayed the whole session and introduced themselves to someone new. That's it. That's everything.
It's okay to ask for help. In fact, it's one of the bravest things a man can do.
June is Men's Health Month — a time to shine a light on the physical and mental wellbeing of men in our community. For many of the participants we support, mental health challenges are deeply real and often go unspoken. This month, we're encouraging every man and everyone who loves one to start the conversation.
